A Woman's Heart is a 5 week online group program for women who desire to go from numb, closed-off and feeling completely overwhelmed with their emotions to unravelling the gifts of their heart to create more depth, intimacy and joy in their lives.

Having deepened my work in feminine embodiment and mentoring more women, as they are unpeeling even deeper layers of their feminine core, the same problem or roadblock came up with most of the women, again and again: An unability to feel, come back into the heart, enjoy the depth of the feminine heart and bring it into their lives, relationships and connections.
